• The phases of the 18­month Trainee Program:
• Conti Machinery and Plant stay:
• In the first 12­24 months you will gain experience, working on various challenging Manufacturing/Engineering projects and tasks.
• Trainee Pool(Central):
• During the next 6 month stay you can expand your skills working on assignments in multi­cultural teams at Continental’s central Manufacturing and Engineering as well as Research & Development department in Hanover.
• After the central stay you will be back in the Plant again working on different projects and assignments getting ready for the first function in the Plant.
• Your future is in exciting jobchallenges, performance – oriented work environment and early responsibilities.

Desired Profile:

• Average university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, informatics or natural sciences.
• Project experience desired
• Relevant internships, ideally abroad
• Passion for manufacturing, engineering and automation
• Very good Hindi and English skills(written and spoken)
• High willingness to travel
• Open­minded , responsible and self driven team player
• Ambition for high performance.
