- Hands on development experience in one or more of Microsoft programming languages VC++ , C# and in ASP/.NET technologies
- Exposure to Microsoft Sharepoint would be an added advantage
- Awareness of HTML5, CSS, JQUERY and Microsoft Visual Development platform.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
- To act appropriately in the best interest of the Organization and ensuring quality Project deliverables
- Prior transformation, technical hands-on & implementation experience (onsite or off-shore) at large Banks, would be added advantage
- Travel to customer locations, domestic and international, is part of job expectation, and hence base location can change
