• TELEPHONIC ROUND
• ONLINE APTITUDE TEST-AMACAT (PREVIOUS AMCAT SCORES ACCEPTED)
• HR DISCUSSION
• JOINING AND PROJECT ALLOCATION PROCESS: 
• SUCCESSFULLY RECRUITED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE TO JOIN HCL LEAP(LEARN AND EARN ACCELLERATOR PROGRAM) 
• PHASE1 - TRAINING AT HCL TECHNOLOGIES CAMPUS - MANESAR (NEAR GURGAON) FOR 3 MONTHS.
• PHASE 2 - OJT AT THE RESPECTIVE HCL OFFICES. PREFERENCE WOULD BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATE'S HOMETOWN (DEPENDING ON PROJECT AVAILABILITY) FOR 3 MONTHS.
• PHASE 3 - DEPLOYMENT IN THE PROJECT OF HCL - GIVING PREFERENCE TO THE CANDIDATE'S HOMETOWN (DEPENDING ON PROJECT AVAILABILITY).

• PROGRAM TYPE : FULL TIME.

Eligibility:
