- The phases of the 18month Trainee Program:
- Conti Machinery and Plant stay:
- In the first 1224 months you will gain experience, working on various challenging Manufacturing/Engineering projects and tasks.
- Trainee Pool(Central):
- During the next 6 month stay you can expand your skills working on assignments in multicultural teams at Continental’s central Manufacturing and Engineering as well as Research & Development department in Hanover.
- After the central stay you will be back in the Plant again working on different projects and assignments getting ready for the first function in the Plant.
- Your future is in exciting jobchallenges, performance – oriented work environment and early responsibilities.

Desired Profile:
- Average university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, informatics or natural sciences.
- Project experience desired
