- We are looking for candidates who can be a part of our Global Customer Support Team and work as a Technical Support to resolve the SR's raised by the Oracle Customers.
- Technical consultant (80% Tech + 20% Func) in Oracle Apps in R12 HCM Area
- R12 Development Skill set required (Any 4 to 5 of the below Skill set)
- SQL & PLSQL
- Oracle Reports and XML
- Interface and Conversions
- AOL Concepts
- WEBADI
- Oracle Forms / OAF
- Workflow Application
- Worked in 3 of the following HCM modules as Technical consultant (4- 8 years):
- Core HR
- SSHR
- iRecruitment
- OLM
- Payroll
- Experience in R12 application is mandatory
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Willingness to work in Shifts is mandatory
