Job Details



  • Develop macro understanding of ACS / HBS / GBO organization

  • Develop stakeholder relationships to seek inputs on GBO specific priorities for the AOP year / Strategic objectives

  • Develop understanding of key departmental / functional processes, metrics & priorities

  • Proactively use official channels / forums to build networks with key customers & other team members 0 Under 20%

  • Active involvement over assigned deliverables within target timelines

  • Proactive involvement on additional projects as assigned

  • Demonstrate cross team relationship building to seek training inputs on multi skill/domain capabilities (min 1 in a quarter)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graduation / Engineering from a pedigree institution

  • Consistent academic credentials of min 70% grades

  • Knowledge and skills (general and technical)  Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to understand macro and micro picture to derive conclusions

  • Proactive mindset to initiate actions

  • Ability to forge and leverage professional relationships

  • Ability to demonstrate continuous learning
