Job Details
- The Operations analyst would be part of Center Of Excellence team supporting different functions, essentially to help them gain a significant, sustained, improvement in performance.
- This will include planning, reporting, data analysis, sales process optimization, usage of the Sales force.com CRM.
- The incumbent will report to Manager Shared Services (Sales systems) and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the organization.
- This role is aimed at improving operational effectiveness, partnership, sales support and mentoring.
- A strong indepth knowledge of Sales, Sales force - CRM and excel modeling is imperative for this role.
- This position will be based out of Bangalore facility.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Willing to work in Bangalore
- Bachelor degree in computers or masters in business administration
- A minimum of 3+ years in automation of reports and dashboards, business operations, data science and analytics, MIS
- Proficient in SQL, sales force.com, MS Excel 2007 (Including macros), power point and MS office tools to develop reports and dashboards
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication and experience working with senior management
- Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments.
- Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
Exposure to CRM systems like SFDC, Siebel, SAP, Zoho - Hands on experience working on Reporting and Analytics Tools like Tableau, SFDC, Oracle BI Preferred skills like DWH, RDBMS
- Candidate with strong analytical skills.
Minimum of 15 years of education is mandate with supporting documents (10, 12th, 3+ years graduation).
