- Masters / Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in designing large scale solution architectures
- Deep Knowledge of at least one of the following languages C#, Java, C++, Ruby, Go, Python, Scala, JavaScript
Previous experience leading and managing teams in an agile development environment - Experience with at least one major server side web development stack, preferably ASP.NET MVC or JSF
- Technical knowledge of the least one major RDBMS, preferably SQL Server
Excellent OO skills and a solid understanding of OO concepts and use of design patterns - Must be familiar with non- functional requirements like security, scalability, performance and deployment
